Private Yoga Instruction

Yoga relaxes the mind and body, improves body awareness, relieves stress and increases overall vitality. Other benefits include improved strength, flexibility, balance and clarity, and relief from aches and pains.

Private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs and desires, affording you all the attention you need to feel confident learning and practicing yoga in a way that suits you. Yoga sessions are offered individually for 60 or 90 minutes for $100 and $150 respectively. Please inquire for details about semi-private sessions.
