Personal Training
Your personal trainer will tailor a program to best reach your fitness goals. From weight loss to improved energy, we are here to help you get fit! We can work with you anywhere; at your home, apartment gym, the park or Peak Performance Personal Training Studio.
Private Swim Lessons
Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn to swim or training for an Ironman, your endurance coach will work with to create a customized program to reach your goals. Sessions can be done at Baruch College, The JCC or your own swim facility.
Triathlon Training Program Design
Your endurance coach will design a day-by-day training program to help you complete your race. Whether you are striving to complete a sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman or Ironman we will create a step by step plan to make your race a personal success!
