
Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
1/4-cup tamari
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
3 tbsp sesame oil
Four 8-ounce wild salmon steaks
One 2-inch piece of fresh ginger—
peeled, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, smashed
2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
In a large, shallow dish, whisk the
tamari with the maple syrup and
sesame oil. Add the salmon
and turn to coat. Press the ginger
and garlic onto both sides of the
steaks. Cover and refrigerate for 2
hours, turning the salmon a few
times.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until
salmon is opaque in the center
Transfer to serving plate and
garnish with scallion and sesame
seeds
