Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1 cup Rice or Nut Milk
1 cup Quinoa
2 TBS orange juice
2 TBS Agave Nectar
1 TBS Cinnamon
1 TBS Sliced Almonds
1 TBS Pumpkin Seeds
1 TBS Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Banana Sliced Thin

Directions
1. Rinse Quinoa through a strainer.
2. Bring water, milk, orange juice and quinoa to a boil.
3. Add Agave syrup and cinnamon.
4. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until all liquid is absorbed (about
15 minutes). Stir occasionally.
5. When ready to eat, add nuts, seeds, flax seed and 1/2 banana.
Refrigerate leftovers and enjoy eating it cold too!
