LIZ STEIN CHANGED MY LIFE!

"My name is Danielle Moir and I have been suffering with Endometriosis for twenty years. I have had a couple of surgical procedures to treat my condition, only for the endometriosis to return. Each month I would be bedridden with intense pain, eased only slightly by heavy doses of prescription medication. The ramifications of the medication was causing all kinds of problems on a health and wellness level, not to mention the emotional toll caused by the absence in my toddlers life.

I came to Liz in August of 2008 desperate for a solution. It was clear that traditional medicine and additional surgery was no longer an option, changing my focus to nutrition seemed the only choice. My initial goal was to be pain free 6 months to a year of our beginning with the hopes of not having to spend another day in bed around my menstrual cycle. I am ASTONISHED to say that within 4 weeks, yes, 4 weeks, I was completely off my prescription meds and was indeed pain free. For the last six months through a change in diet, (most notably the elimination of dairy for my condition), and the addition of vitamins and supplements, I have been LIVING my life in a way I have not experienced as an adult. I have not spent a single day in bed and have truly been pain free. It feels soooooo miraculous to me and the changes were so incredibly effortless that it has provided me with a new curiosity of how nutrition plays an incredible and vital role in our wellness.
